The item was in the condition as promised. It was brand new / never used. But upon use.....the device proved faulty and would not perform as it should. Seller providing antidotes to repair....all processes I also did as well with no solution.

The buyer is very agressive, I offered both troubleshooting and a refund/return , however the buyer admits he doesnt have all the packaging so he got mad and left bad feedback . In the feedback the buyer even says it was sent in new condition . The buyer also admits to having multiple ebay accounts which is against Ebay's TOS.
